1. Scope and Contracting Party These booking terms apply to all bookings of Vila Santa apartments made via the website vila-santa.com or directly with the host. Contract Formation / Booking Process By submitting a booking request via the website, the guest makes a binding offer to enter into an accommodation agreement. The contract is concluded upon booking confirmation by the host (via email). The guest is required to provide accurate information regarding the number and age of guests. 3. Prices and Payment Terms No deposit is required. The guest may choose between: full payment at the time of online booking, or full payment upon arrival on site. Accepted payment methods are those listed on the website (including credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay etc.). All prices quoted are per stay for the booked accommodation, plus tourist tax (see Section 9). 4. Cancellation Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made via email (info@vila-santa.com) or by phone/WhatsApp (+385 99 2187 340). 5. Check-in and Check-out Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: until 10:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for an additional fee. Check-in is handled in person: the host is on-site and will be contacted by phone upon arrival. 6. House Rules Occupancy Small apartments: maximum 4 persons Large apartment: maximum 6 persons The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. No security deposit is required. 7. Parking Each apartment includes one dedicated parking space at no extra charge. 8. Final Cleaning Final cleaning is included in the rental price. 9. Tourist Tax The tourist tax is payable on site and is not included in the rental price. Adults (18 years and older): €2.50 per person per night Youths (12–18 years): €1.25 per person per night Children under 12: exempt from tourist tax 10. Liability The host is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the accommodation by the guest. No liability is accepted for valuables brought by the guest. The host is not liable for events of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, government orders) that prevent the stay from taking place. 11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These terms are governed by Croatian law. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, Šibenik, Croatia. 13.
